§1 Applicability to entrepreneurs and definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.

§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
(1) The prices quoted include statutory VAT and other price components. Shipping costs may be added.
(2) The consumer has the option of paying by prepayment, direct debit, PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). .
(3) If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, he is obliged to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate shipment. Delivery will take place within 3 working days at the latest. The delivery period begins, in the case of payment in advance, on the day after the payment order is issued to the bank responsible for the transfer, and in the case of all other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded. If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the delivery location, the period ends on the next working day.
(2) In the case of a sale involving shipment, the risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the goods sold shall not pass to the buyer until the goods are handed over to the buyer.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
We will bear the costs of returning the goods.
Financed deals
If you financed this contract with a loan and you revoke the financed contract, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement if both contracts constitute a single economic unit. This is particularly likely to be the case if we are also your lender or if your lender uses our services for the financing. If the loan has already been disbursed to us when the revocation or return takes effect, your lender assumes our rights and obligations under the financed contract with respect to the legal consequences of the revocation or return. The latter does not apply if this contract concerns the acquisition of securities, foreign currency, derivatives, or precious metals.
If you want to avoid a contractual obligation as much as possible, revoke both contractual declarations separately.
