Right of withdrawal
You have the right within 30 days to cancel this contract and return the item without giving any reason.
Important: The purchased item should be returned with all supplied accessories in the same condition and without removing our labels!
The cancellation period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
You should fill out the enclosed return form and return it with the item in a suitable box.
You are responsible for the shipping costs. Please ensure you choose insured shipping to prevent any potential loss.
Once we receive the goods, we will process the return and then issue a refund.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. You can use the attached return form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
