Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract and return the item within 30 days without giving any reason.
Important: The purchased item should be returned with all supplied accessories in the same condition without the removal of our labels!

The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

You should fill in the enclosed returns form and send it back with the item in a sealed box.
You are responsible for the shipping costs incurred. Please ensure that the goods are sent insured to prevent any losses.

Once we have received the goods, we will process the return and then arrange a refund.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. You can use the enclosed return form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
